Property, vehicle and tax records in one place.
CactusAdmin keeps the paperwork side of a household in order — bills, expenses, receipts, and the deductions you will want at tax time. No account to create, no servers, nothing to log in to. Your records stay on your device and in your own iCloud.
Four things, done properly
Properties
Electricity, gas, water, rates, insurance, the mortgage — whichever bills a place actually has. You build the tiles yourself, name them how you name them, and the totals follow. Documents live alongside the bills instead of in a drawer.
Vehicles
Fuel, registration, insurance, servicing and tyres, per vehicle. Add a registration renewal to your calendar as you record it — CactusAdmin hands the event to Apple's own calendar screen so you pick the calendar and the reminder.
Receipts
Photograph a receipt, pick one from your library, or attach a PDF. Anything you keep is stored with the record it belongs to, and you can preview or share it later without hunting through your camera roll.
Tax expenses
Flag an expense as deductible when you enter it, and it is filed in the right financial year automatically. No separate shoebox, no reconstructing the year in July.
See where the money actually goes
Every screen that holds records also charts them — spending over time, and a breakdown by category. Tap a category to scope the chart to it. It is the same data you entered, asked a different question.
Built for the end of the financial year
The financial year is worked out from the date on the record, so you never choose it and it is never wrong. CactusAdmin knows the financial year dates for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States, India, South Africa, Singapore and others, so records land in the right year wherever you are. Deduction categories follow the Australian list.
When you need to hand it over, export to CSV — the whole year, or just what you have filtered on screen. The tax export adds a totals block by category at the bottom, because that is the part an accountant would otherwise add up by hand.
Your records stay yours
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code. The app makes no requests to any server we run, because we do not run one. What you enter is stored on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud database — which belongs to you, and which we have no way to read.
This is a property of how the app is built rather than a promise about how we behave. The privacy policy sets it out in full.
Requirements
iPhone running iOS 26.2 or later. iCloud is optional — without it, everything works on the device you are holding; with it, your records appear on your other Apple devices.
